2008 Ryder Cup Event Registration

                           Yes, please sign me up for the Ryder Cup Event being held on
                            September 27^th & 28^th.

                            Please charge the $50.00 entry fee to my members account to cover the cost
                            of Men's Club Golf Shirt, prizes and any incidental expenses related to running
                            of this event. I understand that there is no refund should I have to cancel
                            my participation, however I will receive my Men's Club Golf Shirt.

                                The Shirt colours for this years Ryder Cup are a Forest / Kelly Green and a Burgundy / Wine, both with highlight
                                stripes.  They are manufactured by Adidas and will have the Men's Club logo on one Sleeve and the Adidas logo
                                on the other sleeve.  They are VERY SMART looking shirts and would sell for around $80.00 in the store.
