RULES:

  1. Pick 10 golfers (from the official participants list published on the Masters Web Site ).
    Please enter them in alphabetic order.
     
  2. At the bottom of the entry form enter the Name of the Golfer who you think will win the Masters

  3. Click on the following link  List of Players  to get to the Masters Website Page
    listing all of the players that have been invited:
     
  4. The total $’s won by the 10 golfers (your team) that you picked (or whoever is left after the cut is made)
    will make up your final lottery number.

  5. The person with the highest prize $’s won,  will win 1st place,
    2nd highest prize money will get 2nd place,
    third highest prize money will get 3rd

          Prize money breaks down as follows

1st Prize      50% of the Pot

  1. The entry fee is $25.00 ($5.00 will go towards the men’s club fundraising).
     
  2. Ties will have the money split as they do when awarding prize money in golf tournaments.

Entries must be received before 23:59 (midnight) on Wednesday, April 9th eve of The Masters first round.

Entry fees can be charged to your Hazelmere account.  On the entry form please specify how you want to settle payment.

If you are going to pay by cheque (please make out the cheque to Hazelmere Men's Club) and please mail it to the following address or give it to one of the Hazelmere Men's Club Executive or leave it at the Pro Shop before the deadline.
