The tee times will be posted to the Men's Club website as well as in the Pro Shop by the Wednesday prior to the event and will be updated as necessary. www.hazelmeremensclub.org
The Men's Club will be holding pari-mutuel events throughout the season and it is imperative that if you signup for an event that YOU PLEASE SHOW UP!
It is your responsibility to advise the Men's Club by the Wednesday prior to the event you are signed up for if you are not going to be able to participate. You can do this by sending an email to: hmc@hazelmeremensclub.org or by phone to the Pro Shop @604 538-1818
Standby Policy:
If you didn't sign up for an event before the deadline and wish to play, submit your name to the email above. Your name will go on a standby list. Based on availability the Club Captain will slot you in on 'first come first serve' basis. This will be done at the latest by the Friday prior to the event. Check with the pro shop after 7:00 PM to see if you have been scheduled to play.
*** Note - the deadline for signing up for any event is 8 days prior to the event date ***
If you do not have a partner for a team event the Club Captain will try to partner you up with another participant.
