I'm back from Sunny Phoenix and I can' say I missed this place one little bit .... well OK  may a little bit but I'm sure missing the 85 - 90 degree sunny sunny weather that I left behind.  I even packed up some of the nice weather and brought it back with me!!

April 29th Event

Congratulation to our winners for the Ryder Cub event.  The prize money can be claimed on the first tee at the next Men's Club event.  The complete results have been posted to the website along with the winning 50/50 ticket which bye the way is: 079348  I don't believe that the winning 50/50 ticket from the April 15th event has been claimed.  If no winner has been declared by the next Men's Club event I guess I'm just going to have to take my wife out for a nice lunch on the Men's Club!  Not a good idea?.. oh well then I guess the money goes back into the pot.  More on that if the money is not claimed so check you dirty golf cloths from 3 weeks ago.

Individual Match Play Ladder

The matches for the individual match play A event have been posted to the website as well as in the Men' s Locker room.  The deadline for the 1st flight is May 14th.  I sure you don't have to be reminded of the importance of finishing your matches on time .....  Please remember to email hmc@hazelmeremensclub.org to report the results of your match so it can be posted.  Also please email your tee times so people waiting to play you can see what is going on.

Just a note about the Men's Club Website.  I have added a link on the home page called 2006 Home Page.  This is the link that will get you into ALL of the 2006 Men's Club stuff, so go there when looking for information.

Damage Control  (Also know as Divot Night)

After all of the excavating that has been going on during the past few weeks the course is need of some, no make that lots of TLC!

Divot Filling Night, Wednesday May 10th, 6:30PM

 

Volunteers are needed to help with filling divots throughout the course. You will receive a free "Burger" and "Beverage" for your efforts as well as the everlasting gratitude of those that can't be there. This will benefit all us golfing fanatics, so come out and help.

Bring your kids with their sand buckets and shovels,  just don't tell them they are not going to the beach .... on second thought maybe that's not such a good idea.  Just bring their sand bucket and shovels!!
