RULES:

  1. Pick 10 golfers (from the official participants list published on the PGA Championship Web Site ). Please enter them in alphabetic order and then, in the appropriate spot, enter the golfer whom you predict will win.
  2. Click on the following link to get to the PGA Championship Website Page listing all of the players that have been invited: List of Players
  3. The total $’s won by the 10 golfers (your team) that you picked (or whoever is left after the cut is made) will make up your final lottery number.
  4. The person with the highest prize $’s won,  will win 1st place, 2nd highest prize money will get 2nd place, third highest prize money will get 3rd

     1st Prize      50% of the Pot

2nd Prize    30% of the Pot

3rd Prize    20% of the Pot

  1. The entry fee is $25.00 ($5.00 will go towards the men’s club fundraising).
  2. Ties will have the money split as they do when awarding prize money in tournaments.

Entries and payment must be received before 23:59 (midnight) on Wednesday, July 19th eve of The British Open first round.

Entry fees can be charged to your Hazelmere account.  On the entry fee please specify how you want to settle payment.

If you are going to pay by cheque (please make out the cheque to Hazelmere Men's Club) and please mail it to the following address or give it to one of the Hazelmere Men's Club Executive or leave it at the Pro Shop before the deadline.
